Panel: Celebrate Women's History Month with Vine Street

Vine Street Brewing Co. is proud to announce a public celebration in honor of Women's History Month. We invite the community to join us on March 14th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Vine Street (2010 Vine Street, KCMO 64108) for a special gathering that shines a light on the influential women of the Kansas City beer industry.

An evening of inspiration and craft beer

In a traditionally male-dominated industry, the strides made by women are both groundbreaking and vital. Vine Street Brewing Co. is excited to host a panel of distinguished women who are not just part of the beer industry but are actively reshaping it. Our featured panelists include:

Annie McGinnis

The driving force behind Vine Street Brewing Co., she will share insights from her role as the Director of Operations and her vision for the future.

Dez Jones

A beacon of talent at Vine Street Brewing Co., Dez's work proves that the art of brewing is defined by skill and creativity, not gender.

Erika Kuhr

With her innovative spirit at Casual Animal Brewing, Erika has poured her passion into every pint, crafting flavors that capture the essence of Kansas City.

Emily Yeager

At Cinder Block Brewing, Emily's contributions have not only diversified the beer selection but have also fostered a culture of inclusivity.

Riley Wertenberger

From Alma Mader Brewing, Riley brings a fresh perspective on brewing and a commitment to knitting the community together, one beer at a time.

Burgers and brews

The event will also feature delectable Korean-inspired burgers from GoChew, a woman-owned local favorite. Their bold flavors are the perfect companion to our selection of Vine Street beers on tap.

Raising awareness, one toast at a time

The evening's panel discussion will dive deep into the experiences of women in the beer industry, celebrating their successes and discussing the importance of diversity and inclusion for the growth of the craft. This is more than a meetup—it's a movement.

We invite all beer lovers and champions of women's achievements to join us for this enriching conversation. Let's raise a glass to the women who inspire us all, in the brewing industry and beyond.

Let's toast to history, heritage, and the women who make it all possible.
